Basically it's all the same.... I have added a special YoYo test page to my website, it shows the timing of the YoYo test. Bitworks even adapted the Teambeeptest software to accomodate the YoYo test. With the latest version you can replace the standard shuttle run intervals with those of the YoYo test.

Between the two, only the timing varies some. With the software you now can stick with you YoYo test (and the results!) and benefit of the advantages of the computerised test.

Yes i have used it quite a few times and is a much preferred test to the bleep test by the players. Its well worth trying it out as an alternative. I have just tried to get hold of a copy through coachwise uk but no luck.
