Hello K,

Within the SAQ program there are of course lots of references to the topics in your questions. I know very little of testing this...

There is a fancy machine where you have to stand in front of and push buttons who are lit a in random order. Not very standard I suppose.

Agility test can be done with the shuttle run test, you can download a software program on my site.

Sorry, not really helping..... pls. let me know if you find some answers elsewhere and we can share it on my site.
