Topic review - What position am I suited for?

Post subject:  What position am I suited for?  Reply with quote
Hey, I was reading around the site and have a decent idea of what position I am built for, but would like the opinion of people with more experience in such things than myself.

I am 6'4 and 230lbs, have lifted weights in the past but was prevented for the last two years for medical reasons. So starting back now with the idea of talking to the coach and seeing about the team in the fall. My legs are probably the strongest part of my build.

Fairly quick, more agile than fast. I can likely outrun other guys my size but not the very fast players. I have played football in the past so I do know how to tackle, and actually played soccer for a long number of years so I feel like with practice I could learn to kick quite well especially when it comes to distance.

My current weakness would be by far my conditioning. Iv begin running daily and have some months so it shouldn't be a huge problem by then but is now for certain.
