Topic review - LTPD and coaching courses
Author Message
Post subject:  LTPD and coaching courses  Reply with quote
The traditional IRB Level 1,2,.... is very much a coach centric model. Now that the LTAD model is more widely accepted it is strange that the coaching courses do not reflect the model.

This is one of the reasons I have developed my own course program, their is a specific course for each different LTAD phase. I have used the coach typification in the Irish LTPD to name the course (like Rugby Guide for the FUNdamentals, etc.)

Interested? Let me know!
