Topic review - Mental skill: action thinking
Author Message
Post subject:  Mental skill: action thinking  Reply with quote
Just read in the NLCoach the article on Action Thinking v.s. Story Thinking. With Story Thinking you tend to focus on your self not on your oponents or teammates: YOU.

How to translate Story Thinking into Action Thinking:

not: present/past but: now
not: judge but: abserve
not: rationalise but: visualise
not: absent minded but alert
not: noise but: silence
not: verbalisation but: triggers/cue words
not: technique but: realistic self image
not: physical but: mental
