Good question, the openside or 7 is most of the time your best tackling player. He does the donkey work. But not all three need to be donkeys. You have to have at least one of the three who has to be a good ball carrier. Also when you have two donkeys (6 & 7) who secure ball your third backrow player can focus on attack. It is all about balance.

Hi, a have lots of players who want to play flanker and like the tackling. But how should I select the three?
