You can now download a software program that handles all the beeps for your. Based on your PC's clock speed so exact timing.

Sorry but you are not correct. You can find the correct intervals on my website:

:arrow: The first table shows the interval of the first stage is 5,5 secs. This means you have to make a tape with beeps 5,5 secs apart for the first minute.

:arrow: Next announce "Stage Two" on you tape and use 5,3 secs intervals for a minute.

etc.

Hi there, I really enjoy your website. Keep up the good work. I have a question with which I hope you can help. I want to make a tape for the Beep test, but I don't understand how the intervals should be increased.

Do I understand correctly by saying the:
The first and second beep is a minute a part and then what the second and 3rd beep is 54seconds(60 secX90%) apart,etc.

Could you tell me if this is correct? A.
