Topic review - Use of video tools?

Hello Jon,

Thanks for your email.

My video analist has all the sportscode licenses. When possible he helps with the video session. The software makes it possible to show specific clips really fast (those you coded of course).

If he is not around he makes exports to mov or avi files that I show using VLC. Sportscode has a Viewer, we are looking into that now. I like the flexibility of sportcode when presenting video because it makes the interaction with my players much better.

We have some simple tests for monitoring the wellbeing of the players. Some questionnairs on how they perceived the session or match (1: low intensity - 5: very high intensity), quality and lenght of their sleep and morning pulse. Interesting to see players score high in intensity while I thought it was a low intensity training session.

Hope this helps,

Martin

Hi Martin,

I was interested to read your posting regarding use of video. Could I ask you a quick questionor two? How do your coaches and players view the video, do they all have sportscode? Also, do you use anything with regard to monitoring and optimising the training/match load and general wellbeing of your players?

Many thanks, and all the best,

Jonathan
