Topic review - Help, New Rugby Club in Germany

Help, my daughter and a few friends have formed a new Rugby Club in Dortmund Germany. Rugby isn`t very well known in Germany, infact its hardly known at all. My daughter thought it a good idea that her father (me) should be the trainer of the womens rugby team. (and all fathers know how hard it to say no to there daughters.) Womens rugby at beginners level in Germany, play 7s rugby because they don`t have enough players for a full team. I have a great bunch of girls, 9 to be exact, aged between 18-38 years old, with very different levels of fitness and mostly with no idea how to play rugby, but they are FANTASTICALLY MOTIVATED. Ive taught the girls the basic`s of rugby, but how do I go about developing their fitness and skills? Hopefully you can give me some advice.
