I agree, in the end I decide! However, sometimes it is better to have consensus and I do not push it. When I started coaching at Hilversum I suddenly found myself coaching players I used to play with before I got injured. I did not realise that friendship changed to a player - coach relation. Sometimes the coach can be lonely!

Be strong and believe in the plans you have set out. People need to be strong to talk you out of it :evil:

Everything you can think of is okay, but in the end he has to be the boss. What he says goes.... This is the essence of leadership: actually leading! (what keep surprising me is how easy this sometimes. When you think there is a big problem "just" leading to the solution is what everybody is waiting for)
