Hello,

You can find the map in the Appendix on the "Free Download" section of my website.

Personally, I do not use this anymore. A lot of organisation and time and two min runs are also too long. The longest distance I have the team run is 140 meters:

- start in one corner
- have the team sprint in 75% of max speed
- along the length of the field
- at the other corner: excellerate tp the post


I do this five times in a row with lots of rest in between, check the drop-off in the last 40 meters. Also look at the stride length and how the knees go up.

Not so scientifically perhaps but you might try it,

Hi Martin, have got a lot of useful stuff from your site. Very interested in 2 minute run routine as in McLean pdf but no map to go with it, where can i get the diagram?
