I am putting together a program for players in Western Canada generally they will be late teens to early 20ís. The program will take place from January to April being the pre-season. The focus of the program will be on skills development. Due to the inclement weather (i.e. itís often minus 20c outside) the program will need to take place in a gym, which imposes certain limitations on what we can do. I would appreciate any guidance anyone might have on developing such a program. EG drills suitable in a gym. The playerís fitness training will be a separate program. The focus is very much on skills development. Any help will be great
