:arrow: Warming up, I use lots of SAQ material
:arrow: Either: plyometrics - sprints or mobility work
:arrow: Most of the time fitness circuit (15 min.)
:arrow: Tuesday: focus on skills
:arrow: Thursday: focus on unit / team
:arrow: Cooling down

Most of these things you can find on my website. I also try to pencil in special things like sh - fh throwing

This year is my first of the Sports Academy . For our medical lesson we have to make een whole training of rugby. Maybe you can send me some information about how you manufacture your training.
