yes, i do.
You do need the respect of the team. But does a man not need that respect as a coach
to be succesfull?
The most important is that you believe you can do it, that you do know the game and
the team you are coaching.
In my case, i played on the team, before i coached them and i had experience as a player at a higher level, that helps. I knew what kind of play suited the team. So that was what i coached, and they were succesfull.

I believe that if the coach gets the chance to earn the respect of the team there will be a good relation. In that sense it would not be different for a woman. To get the chance is a whole other thing.......

I know a woman who succesfully coached a mens team. She was international and played in the mens competition so had a lot of respect.
She brought a lot of knowledge to the team but also organised and structured the team.
