| Hi, What surprises me is that you do not have a clear understanding of how the team should play, and that your teammates also seem to be in this situation. What is the role of your coach in this? Perhaps you or your captain can approach him or may be to discuss this? Never suck up, your input is obv... |

| Hello, Perhaps getting protective gear will give you some confidence as will doing weight training. But most of all confidence comes from practise. Describe all the little steps that make up a tackle actions and work on these individual elements. Work with your coach on those bits that needs practis... |

Stand over the ball, waiting to be pulled down: not very clever is it?
Obviously the best thing to do get ball and do something! No excuse for loitering and just looking aggressive anymore.......... |

Hi there Martin
Can I ask you if you have any sample sponsorship proposals for clubs in start up mode?
We need money and the players and I pay for everything ourselves. It would be nice to get some equipment and a scrum machine is a dream....

| Great story of course, but Sara would not have been helped in a game of rugby. If you are not fit to compete, you will loose! |

Hello Martin,
A player in my team seems to pay little attention to my advise as his coach, how can I involve him better?
Would like to hear.... |

Hello Martin,
Read your pages on nutrition but I'm afraid it is too complicated for me.... Pls. advise, we are setting up a rugby training event that will take Friday evening and the whole Saturday. What would your advise on the menu be? |
