Hi. I’ve spent hours trying to find accurate timings for the bleep test. I just wanted to let you know that on your page http://www.rugbycoach.com/fitness/test/20msrt.htm you state the starting speed to be 8.0 km/hr. All other sources claim the starting speed to be 8.5km/hr. Just thought that might be of interest to you.

Regards
B.

Hello B, thanks for your input, James is already doing research on the original settings and has found some differences too.

Changing the starting speed is a bit of a pain, even more because it makes comparing results difficult. A bit like comparing testdate from our software with results from tests based on a tapecassette that might have stretched.

For the commercial version of our product it means very little because you can enter any timing you want. This means you can use the new setting or stick with your old ones.

However we want to have the presets right and are preparing a new release.
