I’m writing this with hope that you will be kind enough to help me.
My assistant Milen Gaganelov purchased your product on 25.08.09, but I had never had a chance to enjoyed. My computer went down on me before I even had a chance to try it. I’ve purchased a new computer now and need your software for my team. Since your policies are that Team Beep Test can be used on one machine only, I’ve decided to write you this e-mail to see if it is possible for you guys to make a compromise and allow me to actually use the product that I have paid for on my new machine.
