If you want to play a fast game, you need to rethink the whole presenting the ball thing. Squeeze ball is slow ball.
It is also a contradiction: you want to go forward, in contact too, on the other hand, timing to go to ground in order to present a good ball is also key. Too often players are stuck in a body position / contact situation and presenting the ball becomes difficult and to slow.
Again, gamebased training is essential here: modified game - skill - game.
Skills like judo, wrestling (or "grappling") learn the basics, jackknife is more rugby specific. I saw a good example of a drill on the Western Force website (sorry, no link - you have to delve in)
