Hey Martin, what is a good book to get me started on mental coaching?

I have read several books on the topic of mental coaching. My first one is the "The Mental Game Plan, a Program for all Sports" and not in print anymore. More recent ones are "Winning the Mental Way" and "Coaching the Inner Edge". Both books are practical too and give you tools to start working with your athletes / team right away.
