I want to improve on the match preparation but not know how to start, now everybody sort of makes to the pitch 20-30 mins before a game, some players even later.

Yes, this will take some time for you to change.

First, start out after a training session and explain a time table like:

0000 - kick-off
0005 - into the changing room
0010 - some team moves
0020 - back moves - scrums & line-outs
0030 - everybody out: warmup
0100 - to the changing room

Focus the team, learn what works for the team and slowly adapt the schedule,

Martin
