 Post subject: Discipline issues
PostPosted: Sun Mar 06, 2005 9:23 pm
I am having discipline issues in my team. One of my good players (first time player) thinks he knows everything and does not follow any direction. He is making fun of everything and now quit because I told him that his behavior will not make him play our next match.
What I am doing wrong. This is a new club (6 months practicing and with two great official matches against two three years teams we won 20-5 and 46-5)
I have been reading your guide ad everything was working great until now.

I think you did the right thing: being part of a team is also behave accordingly. It was good for you to address this.

Your concern is more you miss a good player, did you find out what his frustration was? Bottom line always is for me: I am not the one who will be frustrated, I know what I want to do and how, if players can't match up it is their problem.
