You can find lots of references to coaching material on the web on my Free Download Page. You can also download the ARU coaching manuals for juniors.
The whole coaching scheme in Europe is currently being revamped to match EU regulations. This means that coaching courses are set up to standards for all sports but most of all your certification will be valid throughout the EU.
The UK is doing this for their Level I, II, II and IV (English, Wels and Scots together). In Holland we are discussing how to do this: follow them and use NOC*NSF guidelines to check problably.
