Hi there, I really enjoy your website. Keep up the good work. I have a question with which I hope you can help. I want to make a tape for the Beep test, but I don't understand how the intervals should be increased.

Do I understand correctly by saying the:
The first and second beep is a minute a part and then what the second and 3rd beep is 54seconds(60 secX90%) apart,etc.

Could you tell me if this is correct? A.

Sorry but you are not correct. You can find the correct intervals on my website:

The first table shows the interval of the first stage is 5,5 secs. This means you have to make a tape with beeps 5,5 secs apart for the first minute.

Next announce "Stage Two" on you tape and use 5,3 secs intervals for a minute.

etc.
