IMHO there is no easy route....
Line-out: this would be relatively easy. Get behind the computer and collect lots of line-out videos. France and Scotland are top line-out countries. I like to coach the shorter version, set moves but also improvising when the space opens.
Scrum: difficult, you really need to involve a front row player in this, learn about binding, angles and all the mechanics of the pre-scrum - engage, push/shove, wheel and crab. This will take a lot of time.
On both the restarts it is great to engage the players themselves, challenge and involve them. Use the fact that you are no specialist in your advantage: you organize their input in a structured program.
