I am so interested in your site.
I have a question about your beep test software.
I have my original speed for each stage, which is different from standard one. Can you arrange to fit my original speed protocol if I buy your share ware package ?

Hi Andy,

Bitworks has allowed all stage speeds and number of laps at each stage to be set in the script file as part of the 'design your own' shuttle run fitness test in this case for waterpolo. This is what is sometimes called the Water Polo Intermittent Shuttle Test. In this adaption of the beeptest the swimmers also have rest intervals. Also the default 20m lap distance can be changed, for example to match a different swimming pool size.
