Any other players playing the ball at the breakdown must be on their feet.
If the ball is unplayable at the breakdown, the side that did not take the ball into contact will receive a Free Kick

A lot of time one of my players got at the breakdown first, did not bridge but stood over the ball, got pulled down by defence. Referee ruled Free Kick against us. Very frustrating..............

What to do?

Stand over the ball, waiting to be pulled down: not very clever is it?

Obviously the best thing to do get ball and do something! No excuse for loitering and just looking aggressive anymore..........
